Good news! A mobile notary may be able to come to an agreed location, depending on your area, appointment availability, and the type of document you need notarized.

Before booking, make sure you:

📄 Know which document needs notarization.
🪪 Have acceptable identification ready.

One thing I want every homebuyer to understand is that the listing price is only part of the picture.

A home might seem affordable at first, but then you have to consider the condition of the property, potential repairs, property taxes, insurance, and your monthly mortgage payment.

And please, don't forget about the money you'll need for everyday expenses and unexpected costs after you move in.

Before deciding that a home is the right one for you, ask yourself:

✔️ Is the asking price reasonable for the area?
✔️ Can I comfortably afford the monthly costs?
✔️ Could repairs or maintenance stretch my budget?
✔️ Will I still have money set aside for emergencies?
