🤔 To update or not to update?

Here’s my take: I don’t think you should spend tens of thousands on major updates just because you might sell someday.

If you want a new kitchen, bathroom, or finished basement and you’ll be there long enough to enjoy it—go for it!

But spending a fortune right before selling and hoping to get every dollar back? That’s a different conversation.

Sometimes a home needs updating. Sometimes it just needs fresh paint, a good cleaning, and the right price.
