Tip: You have to prepare for the house you want by taking care of where you live now. Take pride in where you live, even if it's not where you want to be.

When I was a renter, I took care of the properties I rented. I planted flowers to make it look nice and even made upgrades when allowed. You have to prepare for what you want by practicing on what you have.
