6 years ago to the date when this country was shutting down I made a defining decision that would change the destiny of my development business and that was to put all my bets on Detroit.

And 6 years later in addition to 77 units of affordable senior housing that's 6 months from completion, I now have 168 affordable, workforce and supportive housing units + 30,000SF of commercial space in my development pipeline and all on a 10 block corridor in Detroit.
