The Coe at West Village is a mixed-use residential project located at the corner of Van D**e and Coe in Detroit’s West Village neighborhood. The Coe features eight walkup row-house residences along Coe St., street level retail lease space along Van D**e and four residential apartments above the retail shops. The Coe will enhance the already unique collection of row houses in West Village, while reinforcing the growing independent retail community along Agnes, Van D**e and Kercheval. This dense, yet approachable building will add to the neighborhood’s pedestrian vitality and its rich architectural character through its active ground floor and its blend of traditional materials with contemporary building elements. Community Update: Phase II of The Coe at West Village

We’re excited to invite our neighbors and community members to a Community Update meeting focused on Phase II of The Coe at West Village.

It’s been a little while since our last update, and we truly appreciate your patience and continued support. This meeting is an opportunity to share where we are, where we’re headed, and—most importantly—hear directly from you.

• Updates from the previously shared design
• Presentation of the current design
• Areas where community input is welcome
• Proposed project timeline
• Process for identifying a potential transferor for 1514 & 1532
• Open Q&A and discussion
