Community Update: Phase II of The Coe at West Village

We’re excited to invite our neighbors and community members to a Community Update meeting focused on Phase II of The Coe at West Village.

It’s been a little while since our last update, and we truly appreciate your patience and continued support. This meeting is an opportunity to share where we are, where we’re headed, and—most importantly—hear directly from you.

🗂 What we’ll cover:
• Updates from the previously shared design
• Presentation of the current design
• Areas where community input is welcome
• Proposed project timeline
• Process for identifying a potential transferor for 1514 & 1532
• Open Q&A and discussion

We value being thoughtful, transparent, and engaged neighbors. If you’re unable to attend, would like to connect one-on-one, or want a tour of a recent development to experience our build quality and design approach firsthand, feel free to reach out.

We are excited to share that Pewabic Pottery, one of Sachse Construction's trusted partners, is hosting their Holiday Shopping Night tomorrow from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Enjoy extended shopping hours to fill all your gift-giving needs with Pewabic’s latest giftware, plus one-of-a-kind creations and ceramic art crafted by the more than 50 artists in their Holiday Showcase.
