Today we are excited to announce the closing of 246 Keelson at Shorepointe Village and Detroit gaining a new resident. This was one of my most challenging listings. Our first home took 4 years to sell due to economy and competition with foreclosures. The second home sold in less than 5 months. Our team took on the challenge of rebranding, marketing, hosting events, consulting with the developer to select finishes, and stage the models.
