Located in downtown Detroit, theBuilt in 1902, the Pasadena apartments are one of the earliest structures designed specifically for the economic elite of Detroit. This 11-story structure targeted the wealthy who flooded to Detroit during the industrial boom. Designed in the style of Renaissance Revival, this stunning building was one of the first built with reinforced concrete and was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985. The Pasadena Apartments have been beautifully renovated, merging a turn-of-the-century aesthetic with modern charm.
