A massive congratulations to and on the purchase of their beautiful new home! 🏡 🍾

This journey was nearly two years in the making. When you have a specific vision for your future, patience is the ultimate strategy. Over the last two years, I’ve had the joy of watching this family grow from three (counting Pinot, the pup) to four—and seeing their now 10-month-old, Noah, start his next chapter in such a wonderful neighborhood is truly the highlight of my work.

Sometimes the “perfect fit” is just around the corner. By pivoting our strategy and broadening the search just a little bit, we found an incredible opportunity with amazing curb appeal and room for them to grow.

In a high-demand market, winning requires more than just a high price. We were able to successfully beat out multiple competing offers—including a strong cash offer—by presenting superior terms and clear, honest communication. From there, it was a sprint to the finish, closing in just over two weeks!

They told me the first year of Real Estate is just “surviving.” I decided to aim for thriving instead. 🏠✨

As I reflect on 2025, it’s hard to wrap my head around the journey. It was my first full calendar year as a solo Realtor after leaving the corporate 9-5 world in June 2024.

I started the year with a “stretch goal” of 25 transactions. I didn’t know how I’d get there, but I put that vision on a pink post-it note next to my desk and reminded myself of it every single day.

The Result? ✅ October 10th: Goal of 25 achieved. ✅ Year-End: 29 families served across 17 different Metro Detroit cities!

From Northville to Detroit and everywhere in between, it hasn’t just been about the numbers. It’s been about the 1-on-1 connections and the passion for helping my community reach their own now or never milestones.

I haven’t looked back once, because serving this community is what I was meant to do. 🤝

A massive thank you to my wife Grace, my broker - and every single client who trusted me with their home. You made this leap of faith the best decision of my life.

Just Closed! ✨

🥳 Congratulations to my amazing friends and on purchasing their first home last week!

Plymouth continues to be one of the most competitive markets in Metro Detroit with relatively low “days on market” and a high “sold to list price” ratio. Keeping this in mind, when the right opportunity presents itself we have to act fast and communicate effectively to get our clients’ offer accepted.
