North Corktown 11 is assembling before our eyes.

Before long, our excited homeowners will be moving into each unit! Siding progress and garage framing and underway.

When all completed these units will feature a 1-car detached garage with Chamberlain smart door opener, and grey brick, metal & wood exteriors.

With up to three floors of living space, there’s ample room for each resident of North Corktown 11.

Whether you’re settling down to enjoy time together, entertaining guests, or sneaking away for a few moments alone, North Corktown has a generous footprint. Each of the eleven units are 1,179+ sq. ft.

With significant progress being made on each unit, move-in date seems near.

The enthusiasm for Corktown builds!

A project called SteelHaus is transforming 11 steel shipping containers into high-ceiling rental spaces on Michigan Avenue in Detroit's Corktown neighborhood.

As reported in Deadline Detroit, the three-story site at 2426 Michigan Ave. is set to house three residential lofts above one to four shops.

Occupancy in spring 2022 is envisioned.
