Our Story
Every since the founder Sotero M Lopez II played his favorite board game, Monopoly, as a child he wanted to do it in real life. As an adult, married with children, his burning desire was to be able to stay home and in his words “eat cereal with my children”. Then as an adult he read the book Rich Dad Poor Dad and had a “mental paradigm shift”. To do that he HAD to own his own business. Since he was then diagnosed with diabetes he went out and started a successful online business selling nutritional products. Since he also love coffee he sold coffee online. Because it was successful it allowed him to run it full time since 2009. Then in 2013 he sat down with a gentleman discussing the coffee he marketed. The gentleman mentioned he had recently got his real estate license. At that moment Sotero decided to get licensed. Since there was no one in his family or circle of friends that was a real estate investor he had to go and find his own way. He started Prime Property Investors. Now, him and his wife buy & sell real estate. Says Sotero “One of the things I love about real estate is there is always something new to learn and new solutions to be found to each situation. You get better but no one person knows it all just like no one doctor knows it all. With my online nutritional business I got to help people with their health. With the real estate business I get to help people with their situation and create a win win.”
