Dear Residents,
We hope this letter finds you well. We are writing to provide you with an important update
regarding the renovations currently in progress at the Clean Cut property.
Several contractors have recently visited the site to take photographs and assess the scope of
work required. These visits are part of the preparation phase as we work toward beginning the
renovation process.
Please be advised that a meeting will be scheduled with all tenants and representatives from the
City of Detroit to discuss what changes will be taking place. We will provide the meeting date
and details as soon as they are confirmed.
At this time, there is no official start date for the renovations. However, we are committed to
keeping you informed as updates become available.
As part of this process, there is a strong possibility that tenants will need to be temporarily
relocated. We are fully prepared to assist in making this transition as smooth as possible, and
further details will be provided in the upcoming meeting.
We also want to assure you that parking will be available during this time, and tenants with
special needs will receive any necessary assistance and accommodations.
