Rock Hill Farm may finally have a path forward.
A proposed settlement would preserve roughly 75% of the 222-acre property while allowing 17 new single-family homes on large lots.
After years of legal battles and community pushback, the bigger question is whether this is the compromise Berwyn and Willistown have been looking for.
Open space, development, traffic, tax revenue, and property values are all part of the conversation.
