Magical History Tour for Memorial Day Weekend!!!

It's time for a little R&R, so I likely will not be posting any more fascinating properties until after the holiday.

Magical History Tour for May 21st!

I am always humbled when my clients take the time to share their personal experiences working with me, especially when they don’t normally write reviews!

I met Bill and Susan back in 2021. At that time, we met to discuss the market conditions and a valuation of their home. They weren’t ready to sell at that time. However through my listing emails and monthly market reports that I send out regularly, we maintained consistent contact. Five years later, it was time to downsize. Good thing for them, as their value had increased demonstrably, selling for over two hundred thousand more than my guidance in 2021!

I can only imagine how many millions of dollars were spent inside the 10,000 sq. ft. PGA Championship pro shop. It was more crowded inside here than out on the golf course! There were about 100 check-out counters, amazingly, the line to pay went extremely quickly!

It was a great two days attending the PGA Championship at with my brother and sister-in-law on Friday and Saturday. Extremely well run event, tons of people and fantastic weather (on Saturday). I would love to know the economic impact of having hundreds of thousands of people descend upon my little corner of the earth? This famous local course is only 15 minutes from my home and my office. I’m sure quite a few of my followers were there as well, or may be going today to the final round! To top it all off, I sold my new listing when I got back home yesterday.
