Phoenix leads the nation in real-estate price growth at 25.9% year over year ending in May 2021. Per Great American Title Co.
Prescott follow suite with 23.4% increase. Of note is that the time to sell (days of market) has been cut about in half from 59 to 32 with July coming in at a median of just 10 days to sell.
The Prescott Area average home sales price is $445,649.
Now is a great time to sell if moving out of the area or if you are down-sizing. Many homes are selling in a day for over the full listed price. many for cash with a quick close.
