In a world where housing prices are high and concerns about the next generation being able to afford homeownership are very real, sometimes it takes a little creativity and teamwork to make it happen.

That’s exactly what my niece Jordan, her fiancé Brenden, and their best friend Gavin did!

Rather than continuing to pay rent on two separate properties, they got innovative and decided to work together to purchase a duplex. 🙌

Now, instead of putting their money toward rent each month, they’re investing in themselves, building equity, and creating a foundation for their futures—all while spending less than their combined rent!

I absolutely LOVE seeing young adults think outside the box and find creative ways to make homeownership work for them. 🏠🔑

Congratulations Jordan, Brenden & Gavin! I am so incredibly proud of you, and thank you for trusting me to be a part of this exciting journey. ❤️

After years of being both families’ Realtor—and more importantly, being lucky enough to call them friends—it was such a joy to help bring this one together.

I’ve had a front-row seat watching Chad & Taylor and Kurt & Ashley grow their families, chase goals, build businesses, and accomplish so much over the years. Now, getting to watch one family pass the keys to iScream to another makes this such a full-circle moment.

This is what I love about living and working in this community. The relationships, friendships, and getting to be a small part of so many exciting chapters along the way.
