 Tell me what you’re thankful for, I’m thankful I landed in an amazing city called Diamond Bar. This is in Los Angeles, California,. I’m not sure if I wanna share the secret but the best part is I’m 45 minutes from snow skiing and 45 minutes from the beach, how much better does that get in addition maybe less than an hour from pasadena where there’s $20 dance lessons with a live band how about that?

Many agents "think" short sale stoped when the market came back, this is simply not true! Shorts sales are one of the best way to make the most on your commissions. I have been doing short sales since 1993 and continue to keep doing them. Yes, an agent can hire a short sale processor, but then you lose control of your transaction. With the release of current shadow inventory, short sales are on their way back. Last week was my first exclusive short sale class at Real Estate Trainers in Anaheim. This week I am offering the same class at the Tri-Counties Board of Realtors in Walnut, California. The board office is located at 19720 Easat Walnut Drive South, suite 100A. The class will begin at 10 am and end around 2pm. This Short Sale class will teach you how to speak with distressed home owners, negoiate with Lien holders, package the short sale and more.
