今天的故事真的有點反轉。第一個過戶，買家說很喜歡，本以為穩了，結果 Home Inspection 後買家提出很高的要求。賣家一路讓步，到最後雙方只差 $3,000，對方還是選威脅要Cancel。賣家問我怎麼辦？我說不用糾結，取消就是了，我們馬上 Back on Market！

結果，重新上市後的第一場 Open House，Agent Jessie 就抓到了下一位買家，而且出價還更高😆。同樣一套房、同樣做 Home Inspection，這位買家最後只要求多給一年 Home Warranty，其他維修一項沒要，Repair Credit 是 $0！ 真的不得不感嘆，有時候房子好像也會自己挑主人❤️
