Update: Water is Back on!

Attention Burt Estates Residents:
Water will be shut off for no more than 30 minutes due to maintenance! If anything changes we will let you all know as promptly as possible!

Immediate opening for full time maintenance. Split between 2 communities. Seneca and Diamond.
Must have experience in mobile homes. Must have Valid drivers license, own vehicle and pass credit and background check. Be able to lift, push, pull, bend minimum 50lbs.

M-F 9am-5pm, Must be punctual, organized, friendly voice, valid DL, own vehicle. Duties include busy clerical for management office with minimum 2 properties, rent collections, bank deposits, showing of homes, sales, resident violations and misc. as needed. Must be great at follow up and follow through of tasks. Assisting property manager/regional manager. Resume required please send to [email protected]
