Spring & summer market is officially underway 🥂🌸 Grateful to have another property under contract & excited for what’s ahead this season ✨

What I’m noticing across both Houston & Midland markets right now:
Interest rates are still hovering in the mid-6% range, which means buyers are paying much closer attention to monthly payment, taxes, insurance, and overall value than they were before. That said, well-positioned homes are still moving quickly!!

We got this Houston property under contract in less than a week with multiple offers! I’m so happy for my sellers, we’ve worked together on multiple transactions over the years, and I truly enjoy working with them every single time.

Business update 🤍

As many of you already know, I’ve expanded my real estate business to Midland, TX while continuing to serve my clients in Houston.

I am actively helping buyers, sellers, and renters across both areas. I’m incredibly grateful for the relationships, opportunities, and teams that I have been able to build along the way.

With how connected Midland and Houston are through relocation and the energy industry, working between both markets has felt like a very natural fit.

Celebrating 3 years since I got my real estate license🎉

Here’s to many more years of turning houses into homes! I am forever thankful for every single door this industry has been opened for me (Pun intended but still true).

I am very thankful for my broker, Rosalie Stevenson, for being an inspiring mentor since day one. I admire her for many reasons—her commitment to education, humility & success. But above all I respect her unwavering standards of moral and ethics. She has taught me the value of relationships are most often more important than the sale itself.
