This property was so unique and I built such a strong relationship with these lovely sellers! This house became a part of me ( as every transaction I deal with I am there for it all) & The views 🤩
So appreciative to meet these clients of mine and learn about DEMI JOHN island 🏝️..
I told the sellers I can’t promise to have a miracle to sell the house but what I will do is get the most eyes on the property and we will strategically price and market. And that is what we did.
