Sierra Ridge Apartments is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team! 🏠
💰 $25/hour
📍 Dickinson, ND
We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, dependable, customer-focused, and has general maintenance/carpentry experience.
What you’ll do:
🔧 Handle apartment & property repairs
🛠️ Work with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances & carpentry
🏡 Maintain grounds, common areas & curb appeal
📋 Complete work orders and preventative maintenance
❄️ Assist with snow removal & property emergencies
🤝 Provide excellent service to our residents
What we’re looking for:
✔️ High school diploma or equivalent
✔️ 1+ year of maintenance or related experience
✔️ General maintenance & carpentry skills
✔️ Valid driver’s license, clean driving record & current auto insurance
✔️ Strong customer service and communication skills
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
