Full Time Employment Opportunities:
Xcel Land Company Inc. located in Dickson, Tn. (www.xcelsurvey,com) operating mainly in the mid-state area of Tennessee is seeking qualified candidates for the following positions.
Land Surveyor – This position requires the following (1) Tennessee Surveyor License and/or the ability to obtain within a year.
Instrument Man/Field Crew – This position requires the following: (1) HS Diploma or GED (2)Ability to setup a total station, (3) Ability to run a traverse closure that exceeds minimum standards with current equipment utilizing survey-pro software, (4) Ability to collect field data/evidence from the instrument and/or the prism pole, (5) Ability to identify monuments found in the field including trees, (6) Have a valid driver’s license.
CAD Technician - The position requires the following: (1) HS Diploma or GED, Associate Degree or Bachelor preferred. (2) Must be proficient with use of Intellicad & Carlson Software, (3) Ability to research and plot deeds, (4) Process field data and produce a complete survey and/or civil drawing, (5) Have a valid driver’s license.
$15-$40/hr. - Compensation Based Upon Education and Experience.
