🏡 One thing I was reminded of today...

Every house has a story, and every home inspection teaches you something.

One of the biggest misconceptions is that a home inspection is about passing or failing. It really isn't.

A home inspection is there to help buyers better understand the home they're purchasing. Sometimes the report comes back with just a few minor maintenance items. Other times it uncovers things that give the buyer an opportunity to negotiate repairs or simply make a more informed decision.

No house is perfect, but having the right information before you close can make all the difference.
