But if I'm being 𝙝𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙩 with you, the 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙖𝙡 favorite thing I get to say is, "𝘐 𝘧𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘮𝘦𝘦𝘵 𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵?" said while sitting in a parking lot, half an alani deep already refreshing the listing five times 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝘅𝘁.

Then there's the waiting, the almost-offers, the "𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘵𝘦 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵, 𝘬𝘦𝘦𝘱 𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨" conversations that happen before we ever get to the closing table.

I have a bit of a 𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙪𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 for always sipping an 𝗔𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗶 AND being 𝘥𝘳𝘢𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘤 in my slides by doing a total 180 by slide 6 🤣

𝗡𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝘆 𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗲 🤷🏼‍♀️ It's the easiest way I know to get people to 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 instead of scrolling past it because it "𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘴 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺'𝘷𝘦 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘥 𝘣𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦." 🙄
