Each of our tenants has access to their own tenant portal which allows them to report maintenance issues, access documents, pay rent, send and receive messages, review their ledger, follow work orders, etc., 24 hours a day anywhere in the world from their own person

We market our properties on our website nationwide with photography and video and regularly take applications, sign lease agreements and collect the upfront money electronically online for the convenience of our new tenets moving to the area. Owner Financing is also available for someone looking to purchase a home but having difficulty obtaining their own financing.
