For 40 years Phil Thompson Properties has owned and managed hundreds of rental homes and commercial properties in the Middle TN area. Each of our tenants has access to their own tenant portal which allows them to report maintenance issues, access documents, pay rent, send and receive messages, review their ledger, follow work orders, etc., 24 hours a day anywhere in the world from their own person

al device. We market our properties on our website nationwide with photography and video and regularly take applications, sign lease agreements and collect the upfront money electronically online for the convenience of our new tenets moving to the area. Owner Financing is also available for someone looking to purchase a home but having difficulty obtaining their own financing. We work hard for our customers and want you to have a beautiful home to live in as well as a wonderful experience living here.

This week we needed mulch, boxwoods and hydrangeas for a landscaping project, so we headed over to Burns Garden Center and bought everything locally.

The great thing about spending money with another locally owned business is knowing that those dollars stay right here in our communityā€”supporting local jobs, local families and our local economy.

We appreciate Burns Garden Center taking care of us, and we appreciate everyone in Dickson County who continues to support locally owned businesses like theirs and Preston Thompsonā€™s Flooring & Paint.
