The goal isn’t just to get a house; it’s to find a home that supports the life you’re building together. 🏡❤️

• Has a recent survey been completed?
• Is the property landlocked, or does it have legal road frontage?
• Is access deeded and recorded?
• Are there any easements affecting the property?

Building Potential
• Has the property been soil tested (perc test)?
• How many bedrooms will the soil support?
• Are there any building restrictions or setbacks?
• Is the land in a floodplain?
• Is the terrain suitable for the type of home you want to build?

Utilities
• Is public water available, or will a well be needed?
• Is electricity available at the road?
• Is high-speed internet available?
• Are natural gas or propane options available?
