Notice of retirement from property management and the closing of Reliant Property Management in 2025.

I will be wrapping up RPM business in the next 2 months. I want to say a big thankyou to the property owners and tenants that I have had the privilege to work with these past years. It has been a pleasure! I look forward to pursuing other interests and am thankful for the relationships forged and lessons learned as a property manager in Dillon, MT.

All the properties I manage will be turned over to Grove Property Management by the first of May. If you are looking for a property to rent, please reach out to Tyler and Stephanie at Grove Property Management. They will be filling any vacancies in properties that I have been managing these past years.

I believe Grove Property Management will continue to serve the Dillon area well with a similar philosophy of business and am pleased and thankful that they have agreed to serve all my property owners and by default my tenants. I wish everyone the best!

Dillon, MT has been good for me. I want to give back a bit as well, so, I am giving my devotional book away in its PDF format to anyone who would like to give it a try. As the owner, Property Manager, of RPM I want to thank all my property owners and tenants that we serve for an amazing year in 2024.

I will be turning 65 in April of 2024 and am working towards turning the properties I manage over to Grove Property Management in the first half of 2025. I am retiring from Property Management, so I can focus my time and energy on other pursuits in life. One of those goals will be to write a few more books.

It has been nearly 2 and 1/2 years since my first devotional Bible study book was published. I will happily send by attachment through messenger or email a copy of the book that changed my life in the research, writing, and publication of it for free. Just let me know by saying, "PDF please!"

I have been giving my book away now for about 2 years in its PDF format to those who ask or become connections on LinkedIn. Recently, I gifted it to a video marketing group from the Philippines.
