Denver is on the radar, and our listing at 400 Quivas Street is positioned in the heart of the proposed entertainment district for the new Denver Broncos stadium at Burnham Yard. https://www.loopnet.com/Listing/380-400-Quivas-St-Denver-CO/38996258/

The Denver Broncos are set to touchdown at Burnham Yard in Colorado’s Lincoln Park.

The NFL team is moving to buy the 58-acre site from the state for $45.8 million, a discount from the $50 million that Colorado spent in 2021 to acquire the space.

The deal is expected to close in a few weeks. Once it does, the decommissioned rail yard will receive public spending to prepare the area for development, including $140 million for road viaduct improvements.

The goal? Play in the stadium by 2031.

📚 Continuing Education: The Mandatory Kind… and the Fun Kind 🏔️

Every Colorado real estate broker logs 24 hours of continuing education every three years. It’s required, important, and keeps us sharp in the ever-changing market.

But last week's class didn’t involve contracts or closing clauses.

Instead, I opted for an avalanche awareness session to get my mind ready for backcountry season. It’s been four years since my first AIARE avalanche course, and this winter I’m refreshing my mountain skills.

Whether it’s navigating a deal or a skin track, good decision-making and ongoing learning matter.

Backcountry “multiple choice” tests come with a lot more than A, B, C, or D — and some of those answers carry way more risk than others. I’ll stick with the low-risk option and the high-reward powder turns.
