My real estate and business background encompasses over thirty years of Real Estate consulting, counseling, residential and commercial brokerage, teaching, and appraisal experience. Early in my career, I was blessed to have been mentored by great brokers and appraisers who had a deep understanding of the transaction and the underlying value of property and property rights. My father taught me the
importance of integrity, the fundamentals of a transaction, the art of negotiation, the solemnity of agency, and the value of persistence. Difficulties and setbacks have taught me to solve problems, look in new directions, make corrections, and new connections. Throughout my professional career, I have taught real estate and valuation courses nationally and internationally to great reviews, accolades, and awards. Learning and teaching are the cornerstones of my professional career. My education is my foundation with an associate degree in Real Estate, a bachelor's degree in business administration, and a master’s degree in valuation. I have helped many start their careers and have offered useful tools to seasoned practitioners.
