Although we are way behind on posting, we have been busy behind the scenes! The Skippers house is finished and was rented before we could advertise thanks to Pointe Realty Group property management 🙌🏼 We are very grateful it worked out well and looking forward to the next one. If you have a distressed property or rental you would like to unload, please message us.

Things are moving right along here at the Emporia/Skippers rental. All new doors, new cabinetry & granite countertops, new layout of the kitchen so it can now accommodate a dishwasher and a table/chairs, new mudroom, new lighting in the living room, and updated bathroom. Appliances coming this week. Should be done soon!
