A little emotional today because MY little baby girl Kiki turn's 5 today!! If you know Kira you know how special she is 🧚‍♀️ She is truley one of a kind and won't hesitate to quickly pull on heart strings! Many of our friends say that Kira is their spirit Animal, and if you ever meet her you would quickly recognize why! She is my little firecracker, she understands music and the beat very well and always has that extra pep in her step... always the first lil foot steps we hear running down the hallway at 7am! With a polite sassyness she always keeps her brother and his friend in their place because she holds her own space firmly! Her favorite food today is French fries and In & Out Cheeseburgers but she is also always raving about aunties soup! LOL Dinner is never complete without dessert, even if the dessert is dads protein shake!! Rumor has it that she is my mini me and Im so dam proud of that FACT! I couldn't imagine what life would be like without her! She is everything a dad could ever wish for and then some!! She's my youngest and is what drives my motivation! You make your daddy so proud honey and I can't wait to celebrate my lucky charm on your special day! Muah!❤

.anway Proud to announce a NEW bait & fishing store Toxic Baits is making its way to downtown Oakley!! I'm supppper excited to have had the opportunity to help these two well deserving and humble guys Ceaser Chavez and Chris Anway into their NEW retail location for "Toxic Baits" on Main Street in Oakley. This little building has some very inspiring history behind it and to see this little building continue to deliver some BIG dreams for these 2 guys who have worked their ass off and grow toxic baits into earning its own retail store front is just such a great feeling to be apart of!!! Many years ago this building was owned by the Tucci family and operated as a drive-up burger joint that the old man ran. Eventually the Tucci family converted to the oakley hose & fitting shop A.K.A Royal Brass that supported specialty type hoses & fittings for local farmers, refineries and other trades. Royal Brass recently relocated to Pacheco and the building has been sitting vacant since the beginning March 2020 right about when the COVID19 surfaced. I knew marketing this retail location during the middle of a global pandemic was going to be challenging and would best suit an established brand or trade. After being approached by many different entrepreneural spirits some with very intelligent ideas one day I got the call from Ceaser Chavez and learned more about his inspiring story behind toxic baits and the brand. After learning more about him from some mutual friends I knew that this opportunity could be a a BIG treat for the city of oakley and also a big step forward in expanding the brand and manufacturing production numbers for toxic baits. Ceasar and Chris Im SUPER stoked for you guys and couldn't have handed this charmer off to a more qualified candidate who will continue this little buildings legacy and it ability to fulfill BIG dreams and create millionaires! 🦄

I seriously owe everything I have to my name today to this man right here! He has taught me so much about life and the lessons learned are priceless. My dad came to the united states when he was 18 years old without being able to speak the english language and had nothing to his name but a dream! Eventually he enlisted as a army medic and started the grind! Out of the service he was hired as a bell boy in the restuturant and hospitality industry to eventually owning several successfull restaurants and making top headlines in the contra costa times. An graceful entrepreneurial spirit with a heart of a lion he quickly showed the world that if you want something bad enough and you put your mind to it anything is possible! The kind of man that will thankfully give the shirt off his back to help someone in need with no regrets knowing that it will eventually come full circle. A family man dedicated to raising and supporting his family and 5 kids is something does not come easy! Dad all of us cant thank you enough for all that you continue to do for us and without you in our life we would really not know what to do!
