I'm a DATA GEEK... so when you ask ME - HOW'S THE REAL ESTATE MARKET? - I will show you this screenshot. It tells you all you need to know. MONTHS SUPPLY OF HOMES. This stat is really what Realtors should be sharing. Any other stat is pretty much meaningless. Because liars figure and figures lie - in other words you can use stats to tell any story you want. But this one tells you that there is a huge amount of inventory in certain markets. Price right and you’ll sell, don’t price right and you’ll be riding the price reduction train to hades. Having a Realtor that understands this and listening to their advice is paramount.
