I wanted to make a post with some details about this business! I have owned RedDog Property Care & Maintenance LLC since 2022, I am located in Divide, CO!
There is so much competition up here in the cleaning industry but that isn’t stopping me! I have wonderful clientele, most of whom I’ve had for over 4 years! I have noticed that a lot of new cleaning companies are trying to travel from Colorado Springs and monument, even castle rock! However, what makes my team stand out other than being LOCAL to Teller and Park counties, is our dedication to being on-time, punctual and efficient! We take the time your property needs to make it shiny and refreshing!
We offer, STR cleans, move out cleans, commercial cleans( office space, lobbies, cabins, rv properties, any rental property maintenance (closing down seasonal homes to make sure they are weather ready.)
Our quotes are based on our time, and supply costs as well as making it affordable for the client and the guests! I don’t charge travel fees if it’s within 30 miles of my home!
We are always on time, we communicate exceptionally well and we make sure your property is taken care of! We have several reputable references available for you to read over or even call and ask questions!
Willing to travel to some of the more remote homes and properties as well, we have 4WD in all of our vehicles!
We have availability for any type of care! Please reach out so we can make sure we are the right fit! 719-458-9872
