Interested in our rent to own program? Here is how it works! 1. Every month you get a credit when you pay your rent on time that applies towards the purchase price. So if the rent is 975.00 like the home in the photos, you get a certain percentage of that applied towards your purchase. At the end of 8-9 years depending on how much extra you pay towards its, you get the title and then you are only paying lot rent (currently 450/monthly). You can then sell the home to someone else for cash or continue living there or even move to your own land. To move in you just need the deposit of 975, and first months rent of 975 and any extra you want to put down! In one year you will have about 3600.00 in rent credits towards the purchase price.
