One of the easiest home-buying tips that can save you from surprises later?

Don’t just tour the house — check out the neighborhood, too.

If you’re seriously considering a home, drive through the area at a few different times:

☀️ 7 AM: See the morning commute, school traffic, and how the neighborhood starts its day.
🚗 3 PM: Get a feel for afternoon traffic, school pickup, and how busy the streets get.
🌙 9 PM: Check out the noise level, lighting, parking, and overall feel at night.

A neighborhood can feel completely different depending on the time of day, and you might not notice those differences during a scheduled showing.
