Tired of the warranty workers coming out and can't complete simple repairs. They hire the most unskilled labor that cannot use a protractor nor do simple geometry. But hey they can use a caulking gun! That seems to be the cure to every problem. "Get it close enough and caulk it." Richmond American Homes has the worst quality.

Long time no post. Still dealing with warranty issues and almost everytime someone comes out they have to send someone else. Most of these guys seem very limited in thier abilities in my opinion. The gutters, flashing and drainage of our roof is not right. Water is running under the tiles, downspouts are not installed correctly. This builder is a s**t show.

That feeling when you are on your way to work and warranty crews show up without an appointment. 😬 Where is the professionalism? I guess it is long gone by the quality deficiencies they are here to remedy.

We closed 7/6. Three weeks in. Lots of things on the punch list. A lot of really shoddy work. Anyway, came home and the A/C is out. I hope this does not become a "thing".
