Some weeks test you. Some weeks remind you why you keep going.

This week brought some of the hardest conversations and decisions, celebrating over $6.5 million put under contract, and taking time to support a dear friend through the loss of a loved one.

Through the highs and lows, one thing remains constant: gratitude.

Today, Jackie and I took a moment to sit down, have lunch, and reflect on how blessed we are to have incredible people in our corner—our families, friends, clients, each other, and everyone who continues to support us along the journey.

This partnership has been a lifesaver. Having someone beside you who understands the pressure, celebrates the wins, helps carry the load during the tough days, and keeps moving forward no matter what is something I never take for granted.

Real estate is about so much more than houses. It’s about people, relationships, resilience, and showing up for each other through every season of life.

Feeling incredibly thankful today. ❤️

Slow summer mornings with my Scarlett 💗

Coffee out back, long conversations, nowhere we have to be. One minute she’s loving on me and making me laugh, and the next she’s humbling me in ways only kids can. 😂

I love summer because life slows down enough to actually see these moments. No school rush, no constant running, no guilt for my work schedule, just time together, real conversations, and the important things that are so easy to miss when life moves too fast. ☀️

My backyard officially became my office for the day and honestly… I’m not mad about it. ☀️💻🌿

Summer will always be my favorite season, but this weather lately has been hard to beat. Being able to work outside, soak up the sunshine, and enjoy a little fresh air between calls and contracts is exactly the kind of balance I love.

One of my favorite parts of real estate is having the freedom to build a business and life that I genuinely enjoy. Today’s office view definitely gets a 10/10 from me. ✨

30A gave us sunshine, laughter, late-night conversations, and memories that deserved way more photos than we actually took. ☀️🌊🤍

Okay… let’s be real. There was PLENTY of evidence captured, but we had to keep it professional. 😂 We had so much fun that even the “mom” of the group had a little run-in with the police. Can you guess which one?

Yes, it was me… and no, I won’t be taking questions at this time. 💀😂

But honestly, one thing this trip reminded us of is that team culture is everything. When you genuinely love the people you work alongside, business becomes so much more than transactions and meetings. It becomes family dinners, inside jokes, celebrating wins together, pushing each other to grow, and building a life we’re proud of while helping others do the same.

We work hard, laugh hard, and show up for each other through it all. When you love what you do and who you do it with, it never really feels like work.

30A owes us nothing… but we’ll definitely be back. 🌴✨
