Here’s a prime example of why I wouldn’t recommend giving your little ones free access to crayons and markers unsupervised.

This is just one of about 10 units we’ve flipped so far over at Canterbury House Apartments - Dixon with many more to go and TONS of progress pictures to come as well in the next coming weeks of everything from plumbing, flooring, painting, cleaning and anything else required to make these 1-3 bedroom apartments like new! Luckily this one mostly just needed some patching, primer, and paint.

Most importantly a HUGE thanks to the team we’ve built and all their hardwork the past few weeks, knocking 6 of the units out in the first 8 days!!
