You know you're about to make a rookie mistake when...
🏠 You fall in love with the "cozy" kitchen before realizing "cozy" is realtor-speak for you and the fridge are a bit too close for comfort!
🏠 You skip the inspection because "the pictures looked fine" — sir, this is not a Tinder date, always investigate further!
🏠 You call your realtor about looking at a house before you’ve even talked to a lender — cart, meet horse
🏠 You get pre-approved for $200k and immediately ask to start start touring $300K homes "just to see" — we all know how this ends, and it's not well.
