A special congratulations to Tim & Sheila, who closed on their Missouri home Monday!

These two were excellent sellers and enjoyable to work for. This closing was meaningful to me, I have admired Sheila for many years. I remember when she had this home built, and I remember working with her at the bank just out of high school and thinking so many times what an impressive, strong, and intelligent woman she was.

I haven't known Tim nearly as long, but getting to know him better through this transaction made it easy to see why they make such a great couple!

Life has changed, their family has moved into a new season, and their Missouri home was simply no longer needed. The good news is that another family now gets to enjoy it and make memories there! ❤️

I enjoy early mornings on 2nd Street. The contractors coming and going, and I like seeing their rigs parked out front and hearing the sounds of everyone getting ready for the day. They come and go throughout the day but mornings are my fave!

And from what I heard, I think the new owners already LOVE it! ❤️
When Randall got home last night, he had a gift from the sellers. The first thing he said was, *“That was nice of them. I’ve always liked her.”* And it made me think about just how long we’ve known Clarissa.

We met Clarissa in 2011, fifteen years ago, the same year we moved back! She was young and attending the same church. Since then, we’ve gone to church camp together, attended her 16th birthday party, watched her grow up, and now we’ve had the privilege of watching her and her hardworking husband invest in and flip a house in Lebanon! They did an excellent job, the house looks great!!! Received multiple offers and had a smooth transaction.

Talk about a full-circle moment. ❤️
