Here is the one update I suggest before almost every listing. Fresh paint. Not a full renovation. Not a complicated project. Just clean, neutral walls that make the home feel lighter, brighter, and easier for buyers to imagine themselves in. It is one of the simplest changes that can completely shift how a home feels the moment someone walks in — especially during spring showings when natural light does most of the work. Sometimes the updates that create the biggest impact are also the simplest ones. 🏡
