One of my favorite parts of being out and about all day is discovering the places that start to feel like my own little go-tos.

And when it comes to wine bars, I have a few favorites I’m always happy to recommend. The kind of places where I can stop in by myself, bring my laptop, order a little something and a cocktail, and feel completely comfortable — or meet up with friends and settle in for a fun night out.

One of my Briarcliff favorites is Dive Oyster Bar. The owners are so welcoming, the atmosphere is relaxed, and it’s one of those places where you immediately feel comfortable whether you’re popping in alone or meeting friends. DIVE Oyster House
