Cox Internet has decided to dump all the email services to Yahoo. Apparently, Yahoo is Not up to the transition so all my cox.net emails are down. Update, yahoo got this working so my email is still cox.net

I'm still doing most of my appraisals with interior inspections. For the most part, It's business as usual. I can look at the house with minimal interaction with the occupants. The important thing is that I have online access to Real Estate data from MLS and County sites. Counties without online access will have to wait until this covid-19 has passed.

Despite the Covid-19, Real Estate still seems strong in the Southwestern Kansas Area. There was a few sales lost with the shelter-in-place order had caused some un-expected layoffs. This appears stabilized now and the economy is moving forward.
