In May of 2021, I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville with a Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness and a minor in marketing/communications & commodity price analysis. With getting this degree and always being involved in the agricultural community, I wanted to find a career that would combine working directly with customers, let me market/sell a product (which would be property) and
stay within the agricultural world/community. I chose First Weber as my firm for many different reasons but the main four would be-
First, they have a well-known reputation throughout the state of Wisconsin. In 1971, the First Weber Agency was founded and since then they have been growing and now the #1 market leader for Wisconsin. Secondly, they have world-class marketing which gives the agent (myself) the ability to get in contact with many more potential buyers/sellers than a regular firm would have. Third, this firm provides myself with some of the best training with the some of the best experts in the real estate world. Lastly, with coming from a small town, I got the feeling from First Weber that they are a local, community based company that is out to help the customer/client. Also, they will always be there to help if myself or a client has a question. Overall, with growing up on my family’s grain farm I have always been taught to respect the land and the soils because there is only so much in the world!
