Live and Vacation is Changing. Some People living in bigger cities are thinking about moving away from these areas and looking for other alternatives, either more isolated or cost effective. As social media, the internet and TECHNOLOGY in general has progressed, buying a home to live in or an investment property was supposed to get EASIER. Instead, it has turned out to be time consuming, confusing and in many cases expensive. I fell into the game, I started calling multiple realtor advertisements, newspaper ads, for sale by owner signs, and walking into pre-construction offices. I did all this without any guidance as to what was really suitable for my family’s future and lifestyle. I spent a lot of gas, money and time. These struggles motivated me to become the BEST REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL possible. There had to be a better way that made people's lives easier. I could not let another family go through what mine did. So... What WORKED and most importantly WHAT IS WORKING...???
