🏙 Honored and Grateful: Today, October 18, has been officially declared "Waas Realty Day" by the incredible ! 🎉 Celebrating our 50th anniversary feels even more special as I proudly accepted this proclamation with my 96-year-old father, the co-founder of our company, and in loving memory of my mother, who was also a co-founder.

I am thrilled and honored to announce that Waas Realty has reached a remarkable milestone - 50 years of serving the Doral, Florida community! With great joy and pride, I reflect upon the incredible journey we have undertaken since our humble beginnings.

I started Waas Realty in 1973 with my parents, Maxwell and Barbara Waas. Since our inception, we have strived to provide unparalleled service, helping small mom-and-pop businesses find the perfect space to thrive and grow.

Driving around Doral today, I am amazed at the changes I’ve witnessed in my time. What once was dirt roads is now a bustling urban area with a vibrant community. Last November, the City of Doral honored Waas Realty’s impact by naming a street after my father—I encourage you to come check out Maxwell Waas Way (NW 56th street from 79th Ave. to 87th Ave.)!

Over the years, we have had the privilege of working with exceptional clients, assisting them in finding their ideal commercial real estate solutions.
