ch he can apply this methodology in the real estate market. He has a keen sense of awareness with respect to industry market trends. In addition to his research, Terrain's interpersonal skills, team player mindset and disciplined work ethic have enabled him to develop a skill set that is not commonly seen. When Terrain is not fully entrenched in the real estate game, he loves woodworking, auto detailing, snowboarding, swimming, weightlifting, spending time in nature, family time, traveling, pulling mean espresso shots, and cooking/grilling.
