"a single family at a condo price" - words from our buyer 💪🏻 a lot of people seem to be under the impression it's stilllll not a buyers market simply because of the interest rates being higher. (there are still several programs out there that can help with this and I can't think of anyone better than to navigate you through them)

this house is proof the market is on the buyers side! the days of waived contingencies are in the past (hopefully for good) and negotiations based on the findings are happening in full force.

we were able to get this beautiful 3 bed 2 bath home under asking with all contingencies/inspections and a biggg credit for our buyers at closing. 💰
