About 11 years ago I was down the South Shore flipping houses with my brother. I didnā€™t fully realize then how much it was going to shape everything about how I work now. šŸ”Ø

I can walk into a house with an outdated kitchen and actually tell you a ballpark for what itā€™s going to cost to renovate it.

I can look at a wall and guide you whether it can come down or not. I can help you figure out if adding central air is even possible without updating the electrical service before you jump in thinking you can add it day 1 after closing.
