So thrilled to share the closing of this great single family home in Roslindale! We listed it in the dog days of summer and agreed to a sales price $76k over asking!
This was not a straight ahead journey. When the offer came in, the seller was in Europe. The buyers were in D.C. The buyers agent was in New Hampshire, and I was on Martha’s Vineyard, but we got the deal done! 🚀
This was also my first deal since getting back into the agent world after close to 4 years in sales management at . It was just like riding a 🚲!
